Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
1) Understanding the relationships between building subsystems and building technologies.
2) To gain the ability to understand and evaluate the concept of building technology as integrated with building subsystems.
3) To acquire the ability to analyze and synthesize situations related to building technology.
4) To be able to develop conceptual knowledge about building technology by questioning and researching examples from practice.
5) To be able to explain basic concepts about subsoil structure and its location and building elements, walls, chimneys, floors, columns, beams, foundations, stairs, roofs.

This course covers foundation soil, excavation works, arbitration works, foundations, masonry walls, chimneys, expansion joints, insulations, stairs, escalators, elevators, ramps, roofs, tinsmith works.
