Band theory of the electronic conduction. Bases of the semiconductors. The conduction of the majority carriers and recombination. Basic semiconductor junctions. Multiple junctions ve interface devices. High area effect and hot electron effect. Unhomegeneous structures. Dielectric and optical properties
