General principles of wave propagation. Acustic empedans. Acustic and radiction pressure. Reflection, refraction and diffraction in acustic waves. Crystal oscillators. Piezoelectricity and its fundamantel relations. Ultrasound and receiver. Ultrasound waves in gases, liquid and solids. Applications of ultrasound and ultrasound measurement techiques
