Course Contents

Bragg Diffraction, Difraction pattern of copper, Variation Resistance with temperature, Thermal and electrical conductivity of metals (Widemann-Franz Law), Hall effect in metals, Hall effect in p and n-germanyum, Band gap of germanium, Seebeck effect, Peltier Etki, Semicondactor diodes and its characteristics, transistors and its characteristics.
