Course Contents

Errors and its clasification. Errors in aritmetic operations. System of linear algebraic equations;Gauss elimination, Cholesky and LU- methods. İteration methods for system of linear algebraic equations; Simple iteration, Jacobi, Gauss- Seidel methods. Convergence of iterations. Lagrange and Newton interpolations. Approximation errors and its comparison. The numerical solution method of nonlinear equations (Simple iteration, Bisection, Newton-Raphson, Secand methods) and their convergency.
