Biochemistry I
This course includes investigation of some properties of amino acids and proteins, electrometric titration of amino acids, investigation of protein-formaldehyde interaction, determination of glycin concentration by formole titration, specific colour reactions for estimation of peptid structure, characterization of carbohydrates, sugar identification methods, enzyme activity measurement methods, kinetical characterization of enzymes, identification of some vitamins, quantitative protein identification methods.
