Course Contents

This course includes drug and medicinal chemistry, why and where drugs are used, structure of proteins, enzyme activity of drug, receptor activity of drug, discovery and development of drugs, pharmokinetics, total drug synthesis, antibacterial agents, drugs and nervous system, using computers in medicinal chemistry, some important historical developments.
