1) Recognize the general characteristics of the national literature, such as Mehmet Akif Yahya Kemal, the two important poets of this period.
2) Recognize Ziya Gökalp and Türkçülüğün Esasları.
3) Recognize the poets and writers of the period of the National Arts.
4) Recognize the national literary texts.
5) Analyse the literary texts of National Arts.

Literature on the impact of the Constitutional regime, during this period, the effect of emerging ideas and Turkic literary currents during this period produced works of literature and learning of the general characteristics of Mehmet Emin, together with the works of writers such as Ziya Gokalp Omer Seyfettin and gain recognition.
