1) He can read and understand written and printed historical and literary texts written in Ottoman letters and translate them into transcriptions based on present-day alphabet.
2) He detects Arabic and Persian words on texts written in Ottoman Turkish.
3) He recognizes Arabic and Persian language rules in texts.
