Course Contents

In this course, What is the philosophy of law? The basic problems of law, the issue of justice, the problem of rights and freedom of will will be discussed. In addition, currents such as Natural law, Legal positivism, Idealism, Utilitarian theory, Legal realism and feminism will be discussed.
