3) Calculating protein content and explaining chloroplast isolation in plants.
4) Clarifying the measurement of photosynthetic activity in leaf discs.
5) Practicing fermentation experiment.
6) Explaining germination experiment and the effect of light on seedling growth.
7) Identifying plant hormones and growth subtances.
