General morphology of virus particles, virus distribution according to capsid structure, virus envelopes and nucleic acids, classification of viruses, virus-host interactions, reproductive replications of viruses, vaccines and interferon, laboratory diagnosis methods in virus diseases, important virus groups and their characteristics.
