1) Explain Cell cycle and its regulation, spermatogenesis, oogenesis
2) Define Mendelian rules, Correlation of Mendelian rules with chromosomes, probability rules and statistical analysis, pedigrees
3) Explain Sex restricted and sex controlled characters, penetrance and expressivity, Genetic background: positional and physical effects of suppression, genetic expectations, Genomic Imprinting
4) Define Linkage analysis of haploid organisms, somatic cell hybridization and chromosome mapping in men.
5) Explain Population Genetics: Population and gene pools, calculation of allele frequency, Hardy-Weinberg rules and applications
