Course Contents

This course covers classical and modern manufacturing systems, cellular manufacturing and group technology, flexible manufacturing systems, just-in-time production and the Toyota Production System, lean manufacturing and value stream mapping, synchronized production and theory of constraints, waiting line models and inventory systems.
