Course Contents

This course covers, Introduction to Project Management, Project Selection (project selection models and decision-making) and the Project Management Process, Project Planning and Control Methods (Gantt charts, network boot principles, the Gantt diagram to the method of CPM and PERT), Project Planning and Control Techniques (Critical path method - critical APth Method-CPM and the Program Evaluation and Review Technique Program Evaluation and Review Technique PERT-methods), project Planning and Control Methods (project completion time account, find the critical path, abundances account), project Planning and Control techniques (critical of the road, the accelerated completion of the project cost and time of the project cost in finding the desired T-LP model), project planning and Control Methods-theory of constraints and critical chain, Grafir evaluation and Review Technique Graphical evaluation and Review Technique-(GERT)), project Management resource distribution , the time cost analysis, Project Management Control and MS Project applications.
