1) Explaining the importance,necessity, content and targets of maintenance function and breakdowns and time and ratios of breakdowns, stop duration, average maintenance time and maintenance expenses.
2) Identifying the types of maintenance, classical and modern maintenance types, planning of predictive maintenance, safety, average time between breakdowns and loading problems of machines.
3) Creating an effective solution to increase maintenance efficiency
4) Explaining the definition, properties and operation targets of TPM, changing limits of TPM and approaches increasing productivity equipment in TPM.
5) Identifying 12 steps in TPM development programme and eight basic actions of TPM.
6) Explaining the necessary knowledge to plan and schedule maintenance activities of a component or plan
