Course Contents

Fundamental concepts related to cooling and thermodynamical information, cooling cycles, cooling circuits, steam compression cooling circuits. Cooling circuits with absorption. Increasing COP values in cooling systems. Cooling fluids and ecology-friendly fluids. Cooling elements; compressors, condensators, evaporators, and valves. Control elements of cooling systems, industrial refrigeration rooms and their design, calculation of cooling load, design of cooling systems and sample projects. Heat pumps with steam compression and adsorption, and their applications.

2) Fluids and ecology-friendly fluids for refrigeration and their properties and selection

4) Real refrigeration cycle and calculation of capacities of refrigeration equipments
5) Thermodynamic analysis of refrigeration cycles and increasing methods of COP
6) Two stage vapour compressions cycles and circuits for refrigeration
7) Visa exam
8) Cascade refrigeration cycles and circuits
9) Heat pump with vapour compression and its applications
10) Refrigeration equipments; compressors, condensers, evaporators, valves and control elements of cooling systems
11) Refrigeration with absorption technology, its circuits, fluid pairs for absorption cycle and their properties

13) Estimation of cooling load
14) Fundamentals of preparing of cooling projects
