Course Contents

Review of pneumatic systems, Symbols, Circuit Diagram Layout, Multiple actuator circuits, Co-ordinated motion with more than one cylinder, Sequence analysis, Motion step diagrams, Function chart, Methods for overcoming trapped signals, Two hand start control, Logical approach to fault finding, Fault diagnosis and remedy, Pneumatic sequencer, Introduction to PLC controlled systems, writing and implementation of simple programs, Aplication of PLC, Practical exercises are used .
