1) Explain refrigeration and air conditioning.
2) Analyse vapour-compression refrigeration cycle and explain properties of refrigerants.
3) Use physcrometric chart and analyse various air conditioning processes.
4) Expain systems used for automotive air conditioning, analyse thermostatic expansion valve and orifice tube systems.
5) Determine the experimental performance of vehicle air conditioning systems.
6) Explain bus, truck and aircraft air conditioning systems.
7) Explain service procedures for vehicle air conditioning systems.
8) Use service manifold, vacuum pump and service station in service procedures.
