The international System of Units. Tolerance systems, ISO System of limits and fits. Length measuring instruments; vernier calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, gage blocks.toolmakers microscopes ete. Geometrical tolerancing. Surface roughness parameters. Length Measuring devices; vernier calipers, micrometers, dial gauges, gauge blocks, mesuring mieroseobes. Introduction to probability, statistics in engineering, probability laws, analyse of variance simple linear regression and correlation
