Course Contents

This lesson covers , historical development of labour law, labour law, basic concepts (workers, employers, apprentices, trainees, employers' representatives, subcontractors, business and management), employment contract, employment contract elements, types, validity and invalidity of an employment contract, arising out of labor agreement, organization of work (working hours, paid holidays and annual paid leave), termination of employment contract and its consequences, occupational health and safety at work
