1) Instilling lean philosophy in employees/students/managers by making use of lean production practices in theoretical and practical aspects, and ensuring that lean transformation spreads to every field by leading the way in providing efficiency with lean management in the businesses they work in.
2) Becomes aware of the importance of standardization.
3) She/he masters the philosophy of continuous improvement and understands that it can be adapted to all areas of life
4) Have knowledge about time study and application methods.
5) Learn why and how value stream mapping is done.
6) Have knowledge about 5S. It recognizes the importance of Sorting, Order, Cleanliness, Standardization and Discipline.
7) Cases experienced in the sector are examined and their effects are learned.

11) Have knowledge about error prevention methods and applications.
12) Learns the types of care. Knows the difference between autonomous maintenance and total productive maintenance and their contributions.
