1) Explain the terms of imaging fundamentals, photo sensibilization and contrast.
2) Explain the terms of sensitometry, gradation, density and characteristic (density-exposure) curves.
3) Explain the terms of color and digital imaging.
4) Clarify the terms of resolution, depth of focus and contrast mechanisms in light microscopy.
5) List the elements of a camera, write its properties and explain how to use it.
6) Specify the principles of photo shooting techniques.
