Course Contents

History of welding technology; introduction to welding methods; fusion based welding methods: gas fusion welding, coated electrode arc welding, submerged welding, subgas welding methods (MIG/MAG, TIG, Plasma arc welding); solid phase welding methods : electric resistance welding method; destructive or non-destructive tests of weld seam; welding failures; occupational safety and healt in welding technology.
