Ancient Greek political thought (Sophists, Socrates, Plato, Aristotle, Stoic doctrine), political thought in Rome, Christianity and political thought, social structure and political thought in the Middle Ages, Reformation and Renaissance, political ideas of some great thinkers of the 16.-18. centuries (Machiavelli, Bodin, Hobbes, Locke, Montesquieu, Rousseau), the philosophy of the Enlightenment (Smith, Proudhon, Hegel, Marks).
