The aim of this course is remembering the basic principles of Law on Competition Law. Recent developments about agreements, concerted practices and decisions restricting competition, exemption, abuse of dominant position, control of concentrations, Competition Board, inquiry and investigation procedures of the Board, administrative penalty payments and the concequences of restriction on competition in private law.
