Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1) Examine the basic principles regarding the energy law.
2) Identify lhe legal precautions that can be applied when the rules of energy law are violated.
3) List the main legal rules and principles which are applied to energy contracts.
4) Explain the concepts of natural gas, electricity and petrolium markets.
5) Discuss the otority and use of legal power by the Energy Market Regulatory Agency.

Course Contents

Energy law as a basis: removal of energy, production, power plants subject to the establishment of legal regulations and permits, subject to the consumption of energy legislation and the problems of consumers, the competition between energy companies and legal problems, legal problems between energy companies and the public, and the use of energy between states issues related to the flow of the energy production in tenders subject to legal regulations, licenses and regulatory legislation on the regulation of energy companies, energy imports, exports subject to statutory legislation, energy legislation in the criminal smuggling and theft; energy sources, storage, customs and legal issues that arise due to warehouse operations; focuses on issues of project financing.
