Course Contents

This course will cover the following issues: General principles of patent law; What is a Patent? What is the function of the Patent ? What kind of Protection does a Patent offer? What Rights does a Patent Owner have? How is a Patent Granted? What kinds of Inventions can be Protected? The invention and the application for patent by invention owner, The types of patent and compulsory licensing, The patent rights are subject to legal transactions, The invalidation and termination of patent rights.
