The child's right and capacity to act, paternity, custody, principle of superior interest, protection of personal existence.

3) Child’s capacity to have rights and obligations
4) Childhood parentage and artificial insemination
5) Legal status of the child in surrogacy
6) The principle of the best interests of the child in custody and exemplary decisions
7) Mid-term exam
8) Protecting the child through guardianship
9) Protection of the personal existence of the child according to the Civil Code
10) Rights granted to the child by the Convention on the Rights of the Child
11) The right of the child to education
12) Children's rights and protection in the digital world
