Public International Law
The historical development of international humanitarian law, its sources, basic principles, classification of armed conflicts, methods and weapons that can be used in armed conflicts, persons and objects under protection in international humanitarian law, violations of international humanitarian law, and its consequences will be examined within the scope of the course.
