1) At the end of the course, students will be able to explain the concept of environment and, sources and general principles of international environmental law.
2) At the end of the course, students will acquire understanding of how international environmental treaties are designed, negotiated, and implemented.
3) At the end of the course, students will be able to analyze how judicial and quasi-judicial bodies adjudicate international environmental disputes
