Course Contents

In this course, the aim and basic concepts of the law of execution will be discussed. The concept of punishment, its qualities, types, the legal structure of the execution institutions, the regime to be applied to them, the relaxation of the execution, the preparation for release, etc. Topics such as form the content of the course.
