Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1) By the end of this course, students will learn basic information about the judicial organization and its functioning.
2) Students will be able to examine, interpret and evaluate basic legal texts.
3) Students will have the opportunity to practice in civil and criminal cases by visiting court hearings and learn to file any petition in civil and criminal cases.
