Course Contents

In this course the focus is mainly on; how laws of logic act as a guide in application of law, norm types and therelation between logic and law. The problem of methodology in social sciences is also covered in this course.Basic methods to reach the knowledge, and their reflections in Law are analyzed. The basics of logical evidencencing, their practices in the field of Law and interpretation problems are among the scope of this course.
