Course Contents

Administrative Law in the input, management concepts, management functions, management definition of administrative law concepts and characteristics, law-related management and administration of the freedom of movement, the administration of the law of supply and Turkey's administrative structure (Central Government and Local Administration Organizations) are taught. Turkish public administration, introduction and history, public personnel management, the dominant principle, public servants and civil service concepts, the office of entry and membership, officers' duties and obligations and is due to prohibition, civil servants, disciplinary and criminal proceedings, officers of the financial responsibility of office ended, and retirement, and acquisition of assets, methods of administration, public goods, the administration's activities (law enforcement-police-public service) and the administration are taught about the processes and actions.
