Course Contents

Commercial business section, the concept of commercial business, assets and organization of merchants, tradesmen and the application is discussed, the results of being a merchant, commercial business, commercial litigation, commercial registration, unfair competition, trade name, business name and trademark, trade books, merchant assistants, and current account, Law of negotiable instruments, definitions and general provisions common senetten differences, the types of negotiable instruments, burial, and the cancellation of stock and loss of the policy, bills and checks, Companies Law, the company concept and the differences bnzer concepts, components and types of companies, the name of the company, trading companies, trading companies, with general provisions, in particular the collective, joint stock and limited liability companies are described.

Weekly Schedule

1) Notions of Commerce and commercial law, practise area of commercial law, the borderline between commercial undertaking and craftsman undertaking, components, sorts, assets and organisation of commercial undertaking (notions of center and branch)
2) Taking over and pledge of the commercial undertaking, standards of the commercial act, difference between usual - commercial acts, joint liability rule, the outcome of the acts exceeding the
3) Standards of commercial cases, outcomes of a commercial case, courts that the cases are attended before, gathering the commercant title, sorts of commercants, culminating of the commercant title, the outcomes of being a commercant.
4) Concepts of trade name, undertaking name, merchandise mark; differnces of them from similar concepts and their protection
5) Unfair competition, cases to be sued, commercial books and conditions for being evidence of the books, commercial register, its organisation, register acts and effects of the register.
6) Merchant assistants (dependent and independent assistants), sorts of them, rules to be applied, current account contract.
7) The concept of commercial paper, its components, its differences from ordinary deeds, relevant legislation, classification of commercial papers.

9) Form requirements for bill of exchange and bond, sanctions in case of contradiction to form requirements, concepts of acceptance, endorsement and bill guarantee, their outcomes.
10) Discharging a bill, the outcomes and legal liability in case of non-discharging, right of application, the conditions and scope of it, lapse of time, possibilities to discharge a bill exclusive of application right.
11) Bill of exchange rules applied to bonds, lapse of time for bonds, preconditions for cheque regulations, form requirements
12) Beneficiary in cheque, time limits for presentments and extension, transfer of the cheque and prohisibition in cheque, payment of the cheque.
13) Submission and payment of the check, the responsibility and the right to apply in case of non-payment criminal responsibility of the drawer in case of check without provision, papers similar to check.
14) Partnership types, classification, components of partnership and ordinary partnership.
