Course Contents

General information on the Civil Procedures Law, the judiciary and the judicial concept of types, types of courts (general and special courts), duties, powers and division of labor rules, investigation (canceled proceedings, the removal of the file processed, isticvap, breeding, müddeabihin assignment, cases of separation and merging, etc. .), proof, evidence (and the recognition of certain evidence), the decision and ruled, legal remedies (appeal, appeal and retrial), trial expenses, and legal assistance, temporary legal protection measures (precautionary measures-evidence determination), the arbitration will be covered.
