The essential rules of property law and real rights; types of movable and immovable properties; possession, types of possession, protection of possession, the land register system in Turkey, the rules in the land register system, the improper register and results of it, the property, the elements of the property, the types of the property, co-ownership, condominiums, time-shares, the real estate property, the rules in gaining and losing a real right of a real estate, easements and other nonpossessory rights, the types of the easement, mortgage, types of mortgage.
