Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
1) Lessons learned in the light of the basic concepts of Criminal Law, Criminal Kanunu'nunda 5237, together with the characteristics of organized crime types of learning. In this course the ability to apply to events arising from the acquisition of knowledge of life practice. Course includes elements of the crime types in relation to the high court is the recognition that the legal opinions.
2) The student, in the light of the basic concepts learned in the course General Criminal Law, Criminal No. 5237, together with Kanunu'nunda learns the characteristics of the types of crime.
3) Student information obtained in the course of life gains the ability to apply to events that occur in practice.
4) The student with the elements of crime types covered in this course in relation to the legal opinions of the Supreme Court knows .
5) Student will reconcile the punishment with the crime.
