Course Contents
Rule of law and judicial review, the administrative regime, the administrative judiciary in Turkey, development and features, administrative jurisdiction where the administrative jurisdiction of the office space, Disputes Tribunal, administrative proceeding to the prevailing principles anlatılmaktadır.İdari application, administrative action types (cancellation and a full judicial proceedings ), the responsibility of the administration (service fault, strict liability), administrative duties and powers in the judiciary, duration of litigation, administrative proceedings and shape the conditions for the opening of the evidence, legal remedies are described.
