1) Knows the characteristics of the wounds in cases of injury, describes the wounds to be encountered, gains knowledge and skills in reporting the wound characteristics.
2) Gains the knowledge and skills in making forensic notification of injury cases, using the guide for the evaluation of injury crimes defined in the Turkish Penal Code (TCK) in terms of forensic medicine, and writing a report within the scope of the TCK.
3) Konws the approach to people who have been subjected to sexual assault, sexual assault findings and legal regulations regarding sexual crimes, gains the knowledge and skills on the first evaluation of sexual assaults and referral of cases to relevant specialists.
4) Knows the approach to family violence cases and legal regulations, gains knowledge and skills about approach to domestic violence cases, reporting and forensic reporting.
5) Gains the knowledge and skills about the attitude of the physician in human rights violations, the examination conditions of detention examinations, the interpretation of findings and reporting.
6) Gains the knowledge and skills about physician attitude and identification in extraordinary situations.
7) Knows the crime scene investigation in death cases and gains the knowledge and skills about making a dead examination.
8) Knows the autopsy procedures, taking samples from the corpse and sending samples and the causes of death.
9) Knows the field of duty of forensic psychiatry, criminal liability, legal capacity and addiction. Gains the knowledge and skills about the approach to forensic cases.
10) Gets informed about the responsibilities of physician, the criminal and compensation cases that physicians may encounter due to their responsibilities,gets informed about the legality conditions of medical interventions, and which situations can be considered as malpractice.
