Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1) Gains knowledge about monitoring methods (invasive and noninvasive).
2) Gets informed about the treatment and basic approach to patients with acute and chronic pain, gains the treatment and follow-up skills.
3) Knows the oxygen therapy.
4) Diagnoses thr cardiac arrest, applies the cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in patients with cardiac arrest.
5) Gets informed about general, regional and local anesthesia applications and their theoretical and practical informations
6) Identifies the patients who need intensive care, conveys the information about intensive care treatment and follow-up methods
7) Knows how blood transfusion is done and its complications
