Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1) Knows the basic knowledge of Orthopedics and Traumatology, diagnoses, gains the life-saving and first therapeutic information.
2) Gains the knowledge and skills that guide the advanced treatment stages in Orthopedics and Traumatology
3) Gets knowledge about the surgical and non-surgical treatment of fractures and dislocations caused by all kinds of accidents.
4) To perform orthopedic examination
5) Recognizes fractures and dislocations of the skeletal system with direct graphy.
6) Applies plaster splint for temporary fracture fixation to patients.
7) Writes the prescriptions for simple orthopedic disorders.
