Course Contents

This course includes drawing from model, portrait studies, hand drawings, self-portrait studies, clair-obscure compositions, experiments of drawings, short seminars.

Weekly Schedule

1) Students study drawing from nude model.
2) Students reflect charasteristic of nude model with drawing.
3) Students perform interior sketches with figur.
4) Students try to capture the when nude model moving.
5) Students perform clair-obscure with drawing, create light effects.
6) Students draw with mix-media using more then one drawing material.
7) Students draw with indian ink and brush, correct their mistakes with white tempera.
8) Midterm examination/Assessment
9) Students draw with varoius colour of pastel chalks from nude model.
10) Students draw with charcoal or chalk from nude model
11) Drawing from model in interior with pen and ink
12) An Portrait study will choose as example than student draw self portrait
13) Students draw fıgure in interior with athmosferic shade and light. Material-Charcoal
14) Students draw from nude model with mix media.
15) Adviser critics the works which produced during mitterm.
