1) Explain the emergence of the concept of health communication.
2) Ascertain the communication problems in health care services.
3) Ascertain the emergence of stress and implement the concept of stress management to the practical life.
4) Define the concept of conflict management.
5) Explain the concept of time management and its importance for modern societies.
6) List the types of group and recognize the characteristics of the group behaviour.
7) Develop solution proposals for making effective the communication between the patient and other health professionals.
