Course Contents

Structure and functioning of the State powers, the executive, legislative relations between powers, political regimes (parliamentary regime, the presidential and semi-presidential regimes) .1982 qualities of the Constitution of the Republic (secular, democratic, social, legal state), the separation of powers, the legislative function and operations, functions and operations executive, the legislature (Parliament and members of the legal status, mode of operation, functions and powers), the executive rganı (president, prime minister and council of ministers), the judicial organ of constitutional jurisdiction.
