Course Contents

In this course, the emergence of human rights, development, and how protected in international law will be discussed. In particular the decisions of the European Convention on Human Rights and the European Court of Human Rights is one of the issues to be addressed. The handling and protection of human rights within the framework of the United Nations also be covered.
