Explanation of the principles and core values ??of the organization of the Republic of Turkey, 21 century analysis of the main elements of the management structures of the secular-democratic state, Turkey's governance structure and the roles and missions of institutions in structuring the management structure of the communication in the institutions of social responsibility and ethical public relations conditions; examples.
