Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
1) Evaluate the communication process within the framework of the regime of fundamental rights and freedoms.
2) Review the development of freedom of communication in Turkey.
3) Define the concepts press regime, the basic organizational, administrative, civil and criminal liability.
4) Use solutions of communication law towards technological developments
5) Define the protection of intellectual property rights regime.
