The content will be the definition of quality, its statement, main principles of quality management, assessment of quality standards in architectural services,the methods to acquire the proposed level of quality in architectural services, supported with examples and case studies.

4) Chronological evolution of management and quality.
5) What is strategic management? What is the importance of quality and targets in strategical management?
6) Strategic Management in Real Estate Development (Seminar).
7) What is the Philosophy of Total Quality? What are the main principles? The aim and stages of Total Quality Management?
8) Midterm examination/Assessment
9) What is the process of Total Quality Management? How is this process managed?
10) Importance of and relationship between Schedule and Cost Management in Total Quality Management
11) Phases of Construction Projects -Pre-design phase, Design phase, Tender phase, Closing Phase, Maintanencephase) Project Design process in Architecture and Construction Companies. (Attenders' study)
